This method of uninstallation is applicable only if you have installed Ubuntu using the Windows Installer.
Just like the installation process, the uninstallation is also simple.
There are two ways to do this
You can either use the wubi-uninstaller. Simply click on uninstall-wubi.exe
Or you can use the Windows Add or Remove programs.
This will indirectly invoke uninstall-wubi.exe
